He was almost invisible, floating along the shore of the Zumbro River under the shade of the trees overhanging the river’s edge. His little black nose was bobbing up and down in the water, taking in air and noisily blowing out water each time he surfaced. If it had not been for the noise he was making, he might never have been found.
